Good News: Portal Close-Off Date Reduced from Fourteen to Seven Days

You can now change your lunch orders in the portal up to seven days before our lunch service. This gives schools and kura much more flexibility to change lunch numbers in response to school events such as Teacher-Only-Days and Education-Outside-The-Classroom.
In 2025, the close-off day was fourteen days.
Some quick reminders to help you with your lunch orders this year:
The Menu Information tab is for loading the number of lunches you need and uploading your students' dietary details. Please remember to read the menu disclaimer at the top of the page before you start. For example, all meals are Halal appropriate, so you don't need mark these students as dietary. Once you have updated your total meals, this information will flow through to the calendar on the next available day (seven days).
Ka Ora, Ka Ako Menu Tab. This tab shows you the menu and the calendar and allows you to edit meal numbers on individual days.
My Account tab. This section is for you to update your school profile and log-in details.
